Booking our flagship £199 package is not only incredible value, it’s a memory making experience designed to celebrate and capture your baby’s entrance to the world.

Your package includes 4 carefully planned sessions in your local studio with our Multi Award-Winning team and a selection of prints.

In short, as soon as you can after your 12 weeks scan.

To maintain Baby Art Studio standards, studios limit bookings to around 10 newborn babies per month.  This means your photographer is guaranteed to have time to create a memorable experience, but it also means packages should be booked well in advance.

If we are unable to confirm your booking prior to your baby’s arrival, then we can add your name to our reserve list and send updates if spaces become available.

One of the most common questions we are sent is, ‘Do I have to have a maternity shoot?’.

Of course not, we totally understand that as much as you might like some special shots of your baby bump, some of us just do not want to get in front of a camera. Your bump shoot is not a compulsory part of your package.

If you book the bump to baby package then attending all the sessions excluding the ‘bump shoot’ is compulsory to maintain your package discount, complementary prints and bonus framed casts.

That said, if you set aside all your concerns, we have something to add…

You will never know unless you try it.  Our team are absolute professionals and no matter what you might think now, your bump shoot will be relaxed and possibly even fun!  One thing is for sure, you are guaranteed to capture a very special moment in the story of your baby’s life.

Nobody ever regrets taking the maternity shoot, but some people do end up wishing they did it.

Currently, we have BabyArt Studios in Aylesbury, Bedford, Coventry, Ipswich, Kent, Newport, Manchester and Wolverhampton.

The nature of the photoshoots means you will travel to your local studio for each session, but you will be well looked after when you arrive.  Each studio provides snacks, refreshments, bathrooms, baby changing and feeding facilities.  You will always be given plenty of time and space to relax and enjoy the session.

As parents, we know exactly what you have been going through.  By the time you arrive for your newborn photoshoot it’s common to crave some calm downtime with your new baby.  It is easy to find yourself rushing about so fast you miss the moment.

We put as much attention into creating spaces for parents to relax as we do into our photoshoots.  It’s not quite a spa day, but we’ll do our best to make your time with us special.

You will be provided with everything, from outfits and props to emergency nappies, milk, snacks, teething gel and dummies.  The package has been designed from the ground up to cover the things we wish were available when our children were babies!

Of course we also encourage you to bring along special props or outfits that you might like to be included in your images.

Check out our gallery for inspiration. There is everything from shots of Dad’s army helmet to a selection of records that were playing when Mum and Dad first met. Some of our favourites include delicately placed personal trinkets, like a necklace that has been handed down three generations to the family’s only granddaughter.

Your photographer will call and help you plan your shoot and make sure everything is prepared well in advance.

Following your shoot, your photographer will invite you to a private Viewing & Ordering Session.

During your Viewing & Ordering Session you will select your complimentary image and any additional artwork you wish to keep.

Individual prints can be purchased from £60. Digital Images on USB are available from as little as £20 per image and upto £89 an image.

Wall art is produced on our specially designed flagship product, a Hand-Made Art Block, these start at £395.

Our Art Blocks are beautiful fine art prints which are bonded to a solid wooden panel. These are specially produced to bring out details impossible to recreate using traditional canvas.

Not only will your images look incredible, they are also guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Each Art Block is specially coated with a patented UV Protection that means even if you hang your images in direct sunlight for a hundred years, the colours will remain as vivid as the day they were made.

All images purchased on wall art are securely stored on our encrypted servers at HQ. The entire internet would have to fall apart before there is a chance your images are lost.

The £199 Bump to Baby package has been designed to capture your baby’s entire first year, but if that’s not what you need, then you can select individual shoots.

You will still be able to purchase additional artwork from each session, however it is likely to be more cost effective booking a £199 Bump to Baby package.

Our individual shoots start from £99 and include the session and a complimentary 7×5 print.

No. We make a point of making sure you know exactly what you are getting in the package.

Individual photo shoot packages are priced to include the entire shoot experience and complementary print, where specified.  Most of our customers like to purchase additional prints, wall art and digital images.

Compared to individual shoots, the £199 Bump to Baby package is heavily discounted. This is because over the course of a full year, you will get a larger selection of images that you may wish to purchase as wall art, prints or on a digital USB.

During your package our team will invest significant time with you and your baby, as well as many hours in post production editing.  We make no secret about the fact that we want you to love your images enough to want to purchase wall art, prints or digital copies of the work.  In fact, we could not operate without most of our customers doing so.

We consider our photographs to be works of art and we take huge pride in everything we do. Ultimately, you should be the judge of its value. Our £199 Bump to Baby package gives you the chance to see our Multi Award-Winning teams best work, and we hope you love it enough to want to invest in additional prints or wall art.

It is perfectly fine to complete the entire £199 package without investing in any additional artwork, however we think it is important to come with a budget in mind.

Most customers will walk away with the images they love the most and select some special artwork with a budget of somewhere between £350 – £600.

Absolutely! Brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles & even your pets are welcome … but, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the studio!

The package is designed to capture a special moment and you will want to add some of your own personality into the work that is created.

Before your shoot, your photographer will call to discuss all the possibilities and together you will make a plan to create some magical images.

An average high street studio will spend 45 mins on a baby shoot, which is no where near enough to get your baby comfortable, settled and sleeping.

Being completely ‘baby-led’, your Baby Art Studio newborn shoot will take between three and five hours.  We go at your baby’s pace, nothing is rushed.

Our facilities include everything you need to keep both baby & parents happy including refreshments, snacks & where required lunch.

We like to take our time doing things right.  Your photographer has spent many hours learning how to carefully and safely pose your baby while keeping him/her calm and relaxed.

Bump, Little Sitters & Cake Smash photo shoots typically take 60 minutes.

Upon booking an individual shoot or package you will pay both the shoot/package fee in full.

Missed or cancelled sessions will result in the loss of your session fee.

Your shoot/package fee is non-refundable under any circumstances due to our services being in such high demand.

(In the case of an unsuccessful pregnancy your package fee & deposit will be refunded in full).

No. It has taken many hours of hard work, dedication, trial and error for us to be able to consistently produce the standard of art work across many locations, every single time.

Our £199 Bump to Baby package is a stand alone experience that we know you will love. You only have to check our online reviews to see what our customers think.

The truth is, we could not operate our business if customers did not love our work enough to want to purchase additional artwork following the session.  We work extremely hard to keep improving our work so customers fall in love with the images we create.

We encourage all our customers to come into the process with a budget of between £350 and £600 for additional artwork in mind.  That does not mean you have to spend anything extra.

You will never be put under any pressure to purchase additional art work.

Our philosophy is, ‘if you like it’ you are more likely to buy it.  So we work really hard to make your images amazing.
